The Eagle Chevron Belt Cleaner is designed to clean cleated, raised rib and chevron belts. Our unique patent-pending Poly-Star™ is designed to reduced clogging associated with standard brush type cleaners. Each Poly-Start is independent with flexible fingers moving to conform to belt profiles. The cleaner is free-rotating on a standard tube design, with a specially engineered composite sealed bearing block system.

Eagle Chevron Belt Cleaner is available in 12 - 96". The abrasion resistant Poly-Stars™ come pre-assembled on mounting tubes and are full belt width.
The heavy duty mounting tube is made of 2" square steel tubing designed to have almost no deflection. With composite sealed bearing blocks designed accomodate the square mounting tube, the cleaner is easily adjusted on the bracket. Self adjusting mounting brackets are included.
